Shoulders

Since the triceps is actually responsible for most of your visible arm size, doing only biceps curls and neglecting the triceps leads to imbalanced development. Keep in mind that big compound movements already work your arms indirectly, so don't overload direct arm training with excessive volume on top of that.

How many days a week should I train?

Is muscle soreness (DOMS) normal?

Mild-to-moderate muscle soreness felt 24-72 hours after training (DOMS) is normal and fades over time. However, a sharp, stabbing pain in a joint, or pain that starts suddenly during a workout, is not normal β€” stop the movement and rest in that case.

Which muscle group should I focus on to lose weight?

Should I eat before or after training?
